It's the schools science fair! And Darkrai is DEFINATETELY going to win this year, and NOT Mewtwo! That way, Lopunny will for sure fall in love with him!

But then trouble begins when theif Weavile- the greatest of all thieves- finally makes her move and attacks the school! Together with fellow crooks Zangoose and Toxicroak, she makes her way with a mysterious yellow light to an unknown destination.

And as Torkoal calls another code 99, Mewtwo finds himself in a battle with what appears to be a female of his species! What the heck is going on!?!?

Darkrai and co chase after thief weavile... Mewtwo begins the fight of his life and becomes increeasingly insane! The school is in chaos, secrets are revealed, and Arceus summons every single legendary Pokemon to do battle with her enemy.
